Roseville Creamware

Roseville Creamware was originally introduced by Roseville Pottery in 1910. The various factory names used for Roseville�s Creamware patterns include Coat of Arms, Decorated Trace, Dutch, Eagle, Elk, Forget Me Not, Gibson Girls, Gold Trace, Holly, Indian, Jeanette, Juvenile, Knights of Pythias, Medallion, Moose, Novelties, Nursery Line, Orange or Blue Bands, Persian and Tourist. The Roseville Creamware patterns were often unmarked but some examples are marked with the "Roseville Pottery� ink stamp. Later examples from around 1924 of Roseville Creamware are marked with Rv ink stamp.

Vintage Roseville Pottery Creamware tankard and six mugs with Monk decals that are all in very good shape. The tankard reads "THE MATIN HYMN IS MY DAIL SONG. AND THE VESPER BELL IS MY BOWL. DING. DONG." There is a reglued chip at the base and crazing of the tankard. The tankard is 11 1/2" tall and 6" wide. The mugs all read "SHOULD AULD ACQUAINTANCE BE FORGOT". Three of the mugs have small chips and all of the mugs have crazing. Mugs are 5 1/4" tall and 4 1/4" wide. Hard to find and decorate set!
