Tall and very decorative Halmos Hungarian Pottery floral vase. Great form, color and glaze.  MINT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind.  Bottom marked with Halmos and 2002.  Vase is 11" tall and 4 1/2" wide.  NICE!  Halmos Pottery is produced by Ferenc Halmos.  He was born in Pecs Hungary in 1956 and has been creating ceramics since 1977. Halmos art pottery can be found in the art collection of the Janus Pannonius Museum in Pecs Hungary. Halmos pottery is famous for producing beautiful ceramic pieces in the sought-after eosin glaze similar to Zsolnay.

Investment quality early 1900s Royal Bonn Ruysdael German Pottery vase with applied handles on opposite sides of the body ending in button feet at the base. Volcanic graphite surface has a thick application of fuchsia blossoms and buds in pink. There are also four ampersand symbols on the body. MINT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with Royal Bonn, Germany, Ruysdael and 4674/III. Vase is 8 3/4" tall and 5 1/2" wide. RARE FIND! Little is known about this early and exceptional line of Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts style pottery that some have theorized was made expressly for the 1900 Paris Expo. The Ruysdael name was likely selected to honor the important Dutch family of painters (Jacob and Solomon).
