Roseville Rozane

Rozane Royal is an early period pattern introduced by Roseville Pottery in 1901. The pattern was introduced as a less expensive alternative to Rookwood’s popular Standard Glaze line. Roseville Royal was either undecorated or slip decorated. Early pieces were typically marked with the die-impressed “Rozane” mark, the shape number, and “R.P.Co,” but some were unmarked. Later pieces had the Rozane Ware wafer. There were 246 different shapes in the Rozane Royal line. Pieces with finely painted decoration, artist signatures, landscapes, or portraits are preferred by collectors.

Roseville Pottery Rozane Light Vase R49-5 (Neff) Lovely Roseville Pottery Rozane Light vase decorated with clover by Gertrud Neff.  MINT CONDITION.  No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind.  Small color skip on the rim. Bottom marked with 7 and artist cipher GNeff on side of vase.   Vase is 5 3/4" tall and 5" wide. $325.00

Roseville Pottery Rozane Twist Handled Vase R19 Nicely decorated Roseville Pottery Rozane vase decorated with pansies and twisted handles.  There are two smaller than thumbnail sized circular glaze fractures on the backside. On both most of the glaze is still attached.  Also a 3/4" tight hairline on the back side of the piece. See photos for detail.  No other chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind.  Bottom marked with 5.  Vase is 6" tall and 7 1/4" wide.    Displays very well. $85.00

Roseville Pottery Rozane Vase R7-7 Very nice Roseville Pottery Rozane vase decorated with two flowers.  Good color and artwork.  EXCELLENT CONDITION.  Short and very tight 1/2" craze line in the corner of the rim that does go through but is very hard to detect even under close inspection.   No other  chips, cracks, damage, or repair of any kind.  Bottom marked ROZANE WARE circular stamp.  Vase is 7 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide. $175.00

Roseville Pottery Rozane Ware Crystalis Vase 926-3 Rare and striking Roseville Pottery Crystalis glazed arts and crafts vase on a Mongol form.. Super blue, green and gold glaze. EXCELLENT CONDITION.  Professional restoration to a small and shallow rim chip under upper rim and stilt marks on base edge.  Bottom marked with Rozane Ware Mongol wafer mark.  Vase is 2 3/4" tall by 3" wide.  RARE FIND and ESTATE FRESH!  $725.00
