Stunning Roseville Pottery circa 1907 Decorated Landscape jardiniere and pedestal. Stunning squeezebag and hand-painted design with super color and detail. EXCELLENT CONDITION. There are a couple of minor pinpoint glaze pops to the inner rim and a small kiln flaw to the edge of the jardiniere. The pedestal has a couple of harmless glaze loses to design at the base edge most of which I believe are as the piece left the factory. Very minor flaws on this investment quality set that are mentioned only for accuracy sake and no other damage or repair of any kind. Artist signed in the artwork by designer Frederick Hurten Rhead.  This magnificent set stands approximately 44" tall and 19 1/2" wide. Inner diameter of the jardiniere is 14". This set and its mate were originally in the home of George Young President of Roseville Pottery. They then went to White Pillar's Museum until the museum closed at which time they were purchased by noted Roseville collector and author Mike Nickel. They have been in a private collection for the last 25 plus years.
